Welcome to the Great Canadian Blog Bash! I’m so proud to be Canadian! My name is Laura and My Life in the Sun is a personal blog I started last year to share our family’s experiences during our everyday life and traveling. This is my first year in the Great Canadian Blog Bash because it’s my first year as a blogger. I have two daughters and a very patient husband who, like me, love to travel. I am born and raised in the Atlantic Provinces of Canada and have driven across the country twice. I think one of the best ways to see Canada is by car! There is much more to a country than just the big cities. There are so many amazing small boutiques, manufacturers, farms, and restaurants in small towns that you would never get to see, if you didn’t get out on the road.
This is my first year in the Great Canadian Blog Bash because it’s my first year as a blogger. I have two daughters and a very patient husband who, like me, love to travel. This Canada Day we are going on a road trip from Halifax to Toronto. This is their first road trip to Ontario, but we have travelled all over the Atlantic Provinces. I can’t wait to show them some of the amazing cities and small towns along the way. This country has so much to offer us in opportunities and is so beautiful! From the Rockies to Niagara Falls to the coastlines of Nova Scotia there is so much to see and do! We can’t wait to explore all of Canada some day!
