About this publication
Corporate information
Mylifeinthesun is an independent reading project about travel and leisure for users in Canada. It is not a tour operator, a resort, or an insurer.
What this site is for
The site publishes long notes for users in Canada who are comparing a winter sun trip, a packing plan, a mountain drive, a luxury all-inclusive, and a city weekend. The pages are meant to be read before a trip, not used as a booking engine. Amounts that appear in the notes are the figures written in those notes. When a note prices something in Canadian dollars, it says CAD.
Nothing on these pages means that Mylifeinthesun owns, manages, or speaks for Excellence Playa Mujeres, Parks Canada, Air Canada, WestJet, Sunwing, Air Transat, the TTC, or any other name in a review. Those names appear only because the source notes discuss them.
Editorial principles
Each guide keeps the facts, figures, limits, and cautions of its source text. We do not add licences, awards, guest counts, or partnership claims that were not in the material. Ratings that appear in a review are the ratings written in that review. They are not a new score invented for this site.
The body is the full note. Questions from a source sit once, in the FAQ on that page. They are not repeated as a second list inside the review.
How the notes are prepared
The articles are organized as a reading sequence. A short overview table collects the practical facts already stated in the text. The review that follows is continuous prose. Photographs sit between finished paragraphs. They show lakes, cabins, roads, and decks. They are not proof of a room type, a current rate, or a beach condition, and titles printed on the pictures are not the name of this publication.
Interactive tools on the pages only rearrange facts already printed in the same guide: a money habit, a packing window, a highway stop, a suite type, or a Toronto neighbourhood. They do not check availability, take payment, or store a traveller profile.
Responsibility and limits
Fares, resort rates, park fees, tax rules, and advisories change. A Discovery Pass figure, a nightly range, an environmental tax, or a UP Express fare in these pages is a figure from the review, not a live quote. Confirm passes, closures, winter-tire dates, insurance terms, and travel advisories with the operator or with the Government of Canada before you travel.
Sun exposure, remote highways, winter roads, and time outside Canada involve real risk. This site does not provide rescue services, medical advice, or a substitute for a policy you have actually bought. If a note describes bear spray, travel insurance, or a full fuel tank, treat that as a reminder to follow current local instruction, not as training.
No public contact desk is listed
This publication does not print a street address, telephone number, company registration, or email address, because none was supplied for it. Questions about a resort, a flight, a park pass, or a city booking belong with that operator. Questions about a page on this site can only be read in the context of the page itself.
