I couldn’t agree more. The world definitely needs more Canada!
As a Canadian I’ve always been greeted with a friendly hello everywhere I’ve travelled. I used to think it was the Canadian flag on my backpack, but secretly I’m pretty sure they’re hoping I brought maple syrup with me. After all, we have the best maple syrup and we wear the coolest flannel shirts, eh?
Do you have a dream vacation you’re hoping to take your family or friends on? I’m so excited to tell you all that Cheapflights.ca is going to send a couple of us flannel clad Canucks to the destination of our choice! Dream big Canada, this the opportunity to win a dream trip!
I think you already know that our family LOVES to travel, but, believe it or not there are many places we haven’t been to yet. Here are some of the awesome locations on our family travel bucket list:
Those destinations need some maple syrup stat. Wouldn’t you agree?
Luckily CheapFlights.ca is giving away a trip for up to ten people, worth $15,000, on their website. Check out this video for instructions on how to enter the contest and save the world from the madness!
If our family won this contest from Cheap Flights I would have to choose two locations from my bucket list. I would take my Family to France and add on a stopover in Iceland. My daughters both REALLY want to see the Eiffel tower in person. They’ve been dreaming about it since we made an amazing gingerbread house of the Eiffel Tower one Christmas and I really want to relax in the hot springs in Iceland and see the Northern Lights. Can’t you just picture us eating maple syrup covered pancakes under the night sky in our red toques?
So Canada? Where would you #ExportYourself to and who would you take with you?
Disclosure: This post was sponsored by CheapFlights.ca but all opinions are my own – because free trips are totally awesome!

Looks like your travel interests are VERY similar to mine. I have been able to hit Italy, France, Iceland, California, Hawaii, Alaska and Machu Picchu. Currently eyeing a return to Hawaii (Maui) as a family and a buddy trip to Costa Rica. As a Canadian, I do have some positive stories like one time my friend and I were on a cruise and a nice Houston couple offered to take us from the port to the airport (30-minute drive) once they heard we were from PEI.
