Welcome to our Travel Bucket List!
You’ve probably heard a lot about bucket lists recently and may already have one of your own. Our family has decided to make a travel bucket list of places we want to go together as a family, hopefully before the girls are off to college! I’m sure some of you have already seen the list I had posted on this website. Well I’ve updated it and removed the places we made it to this year. I plan on updating it annually in a blog post from now on. I hope it encourages you to make one of your own!
1) The New England Aquarium, Massachusetts
The New England Aquarium has some fantastic exhibits including the Giant Pacific Octopus, Moon Jelly and Green Sea Turtles. They also have an inspirational Conservation and Research Program. We can’t wait to visit some day!
I’ve always wanted to go to a Six Flags Amusement Park. They have some of the best roller coasters in North America. You can get coupons from Six Flags HERE.
3) Canada’s Wonderland, Toronto, and Niagara Falls – Planned for Canada Day this year!
My brother lives in Toronto and we want to take a road trip to see him!
4) Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea
I have an insane dream of visiting all of the Disney Parks around the world. Tokyo is first on the list because of its interesting location and themes.
We really want to go here! It has the Black Pearl Skatepark for my hubby, Stingray City, Cayman Turtle Farm and endless white sand beaches.
6) White Water Rafting on the Shubenacadie River
There are a number of yours that take you rafting up the Shubenacadie River in Nova Scotia. The best part seems to be the Mud Sliding you can do at the end!
One of my daughters really wants to go to Paris to see the Eiffel Tower! I think she’d better learn some more French first!
8) Edmonton, Alberta and Banff National Park
We have more family to visit in Edmonton and I love Banff and want to show our children how incredible and inspiring it is to be in the mountains.
Please comment below on your dream vacation spots on your own bucket list and why you want to go there!

Love this post, I hope to create a bucket list with my 3 kids as well. We might not get everything checked off but at least we will have adventures together.

Thanks Sherrie. We most likely won’t get all of these done either but it’s fun to dream. Especially to ask your children; where would you go if you could go anywhere in the world. They learn about the world in school but I wonder how many think they might actually someday get a chance to go to those places. I’m a dreamer!
