Today we stopped for a travel break in Moncton,NB at Centennial Park. (811 St. George Boulevard) It’s a bit hard to find but worth it when you get there. It has hiking trails, an outdoor pool, TreeGO, a really fantastic playground and a water play park. It’s approximately 15 minutes from the TransCanada Highway and the playground and water park are completely free. There are also picnic tables, changing rooms and bathrooms available for your convenience.
The playground has a couple of large climbing structures perfect for bigger kids.
The water play area has squirting guns;
Small dumping buckets;
And most popular with the older kids, the large dumping bucket;
It was a perfect break in between two hours of driving in the car!
