It’s something I need to do more often with my hubby also. We take our daughter everywhere with us because (1) we love her and enjoy her company and (2) one day she will be off living her own life and not WANT to be around us so much. But regular couples time is very important if we want to be a strong, loving couple when she does leave the nest. Regular reconnection to each other is essential.
